How do I return an item?
Only defective and/or shipped-in error products can be returned. NO Returns will be accepted without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order parts, complete plows, electrical items, oil, parts that have been disassembled, tampered with or have standard wear and tear. RMA’s must be returned within 7 business days. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid to PPW via UPS or reputable common carrier. Any item returned without a RMA number will be assessed a handling fee of 30% and either returned to sender at their expense or disposed of at PPW’s discretion. All alleged defective merchandise is subject to inspection upon return to PPW and/or manufacturer prior to any replacement or credit being issued.
