The 42014 is the New Fleet Flex Truck Side 4 Pin Power Ground.  Runs from the battery out to the 4 Pin power plug on the plow side. This is for the new 2 Plug wiring system works for Western, Fisher, Blizzard and SnowEx. 

NOTE: The 42014 has now been replaced by 72527.  This is required for some newer vehicle thus resulted in the update.
