Only defective and/or shipped-in-error products can be returned. A "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number MUST be issued by PPW before any item(s) may be returned. All returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee unless shipped-in-error by PPW. RMA's must be returned within Ten (10) days from RMA issue date. All items eligible for return must have been purchased directly from PPW. NO return will be accepted without an RMA number. Merchandise that is returned without an authorized RMA number will be either disposed of or returned to customer at customer's expense, (NO credit will be issued). Authorized RMA numbers returned that contains non-authorized products will be either disposed of or returned to customer at customer's expense, (NO credit will be issued on non-authorized items).

NO returns will be accepted on Special order items, Complete plows, Electrical items, Oil, Customer cancellations, Customer order errors, Customer overstock, Parts that have been disassembled, tampered with or have normal wear and tear. Any part(s) returned for alleged defect are subject to inspection upon return to PPW and/or manufacturer prior to any repairs/replacement and or credit being issued. An authorized RMA number DOES NOT imply that item(s) will be replaced or that credit will be issued.
